garden design and build swansea

As you can see from the original Design things have changed with:

  • A Raised Flowerbed
  • Bespoke Water feature
  • Shed has moved to the opposite side with a path down to it
  • Lighting in the Sleeper beds and Water feature
  • Black Limestone slabs which continue down the Alley way to the front

This project consisted of:

  • Building a retaining wall at the rear to build the garden up so it can be level
  • Weeks of Groundwork and working with the local council to get access across their land for materials and the groundworks
  • Natural stone tiles on a block wall to give a more tasteful look with added water feature
  • Sleeper beds to bring the wildlife back in but an easier way to do some gardening, beds were covered with Gro sure Smart cover to help protect from weeds (although some weeding would be necessary)
  • Artificial Grass, so less maintenance for the customer
  • Lighting to relax in the long summer nights when its not raining (you get some beautiful sunsets looking over the wall whilst sitting down in the evening, so I’ve been told)
  • Limestone slabs continuing down the side of the property to the front which will be done later in the year for the customer.
  • Fencing both sides to replace the old
  • New timber shed to store the new gardening tools and furniture.
  • An external socket and switches to control the water feature and lights.
